In my previous post, which can be read here, I outlined my steps into getting into a tech job in 2019. I made my git hub repository which you can see here. It’s pretty bare bones right now because I’m still a beginner learning the platform. I plan to upload the projects I do from the freecode camp curriculum here and the various coding cookbooks I’ve started to read.
What is Github?
Github is a master version control platform that allows simultaneous collaboration on various development projects. The platform provides hosting and source code management for enterprise and public users. It is one of the largest source code hosts in the world.
How do I plan to use it?
I plan to use github to show my coding skills. It also gives me access to interesting projects that I can contribute towards.
How much do you know about it?
So far not much, but I;m going through the tutorial guides and plan to use it more readily in the future.
